This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our practices, procedures, and timelines for delivering products to our valued customers across India.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Order Confirmation:

  • Upon successful completion of your order and payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.
  • Order confirmation will include your unique order reference number, payment details, and estimated delivery timeline.
  • For vehicle purchases, a representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm specifications and delivery preferences.

  • Direct Dealership Delivery: If you're within 50km of our dealership network, vehicles are delivered directly from our authorized showrooms.
  • Specialized EV Transport: For longer distances, we use specialized carriers equipped with necessary safety features to transport electric vehicles.
  • Factory Direct: For bulk orders or commercial fleet purchases, direct factory dispatch options are available.

4.2 Accessories & Parts:

  • We partner with reputable logistics providers including Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and XpressBees for nationwide delivery.
  • For high-value items such as batteries or electronic components, specialized insured shipping methods are employed.

Sustainable Shipping Initiative: As part of our commitment to sustainability, we're transitioning our parts delivery fleet to electric vehicles in major cities and using eco-friendly packaging materials. Together, we're reducing the carbon footprint of our logistics operations.

5. Tracking & Communication

5.1 Order Tracking:

  • For all shipments, tracking information will be provided via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
  • Vehicle deliveries include real-time tracking with estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates.
  • You can track your order status by:
    • Logging into your Mercury account on our website
    • Using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation
    • Contacting our customer support team with your order reference number

5.2 Delivery Updates:

  • You will receive notifications at key milestones including:
    • Order confirmation
    • Processing completion
    • Dispatch from warehouse/dealership
    • Out for delivery
    • Delivery completion
  • For vehicle deliveries, our team will schedule a specific delivery time slot as per your convenience.

6. Delivery Verification & Inspection

6.1 Vehicle Delivery Process:

  1. Our delivery personnel will contact you 30-60 minutes before arrival.
  2. Upon arrival, the vehicle will undergo a pre-delivery inspection in your presence.
  3. A comprehensive product demonstration will be provided by our technician.
  4. You will be requested to sign the delivery acknowledgment after thorough inspection.
  5. All relevant documents including warranty cards, user manuals, and registration papers (where applicable) will be provided.

6.2 Accessories & Parts Delivery:

  • Please inspect the package for external damage before accepting delivery.
  • Verify the contents against your order within 24 hours of receipt.
  • In case of any discrepancy, please document it with photos and notify us immediately at support@mercuryevtech.com.

7. Shipping & Delivery Charges

7.1 Vehicle Delivery:

  • Free Delivery: Within 50km of our dealership network.
  • Standard Delivery Fee: For locations beyond 50km, a nominal delivery charge will be calculated based on distance and displayed during checkout.
  • Expedited Delivery: Available for select models and locations at additional cost.

7.2 Accessories & Parts:

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹5,000
  • Standard Shipping: ₹99 - ₹299 depending on weight and destination
  • Express Shipping: Available at additional cost ranging from ₹199 - ₹499

Note: All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Additional charges may apply for special handling requirements or remote locations.

8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

8.1 Potential Causes for Delay:

  • Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Transportation strikes or logistics disruptions
  • Regulatory clearances in certain states
  • Incomplete or inaccurate delivery address
  • Unavailability of recipient at the delivery location

8.2 Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • For accessories and parts, courier partners will make 2-3 delivery attempts.
  • After failed attempts, the package will be held at the nearest distribution center for 5-7 days.
  • For vehicles, our team will reschedule delivery based on your availability.
  • If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, handling and restocking charges may apply.

9. International Shipping Restrictions

No International Deliveries: Mercury Ev-Tech Limited does not offer international shipping under any circumstances. Our products and services are strictly available for domestic customers within India.

Export Inquiries: For international business partnerships or export opportunities, contact our export division. Note that these require separate agreements and do not fall under consumer shipping policies.

Payment Processor Notices: Any international shipping information displayed by payment gateways is automatically generated and incorrect. We cannot fulfill orders outside India.

10. Special Delivery Requirements

10.1 Custom Requests:

10.2 Registration & Documentation:

11. Delivery Rescheduling & Cancellation

11.1 Rescheduling:

  • To reschedule vehicle delivery, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • For accessories and parts, you can reschedule through the tracking link or by contacting customer support.

11.2 Cancellation:

  • Order cancellation is subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation might not be possible, and return procedures will apply.
